Upgrade the cooling performance of your 2022+ Subaru WRX VB with the FA24 engine with the Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Kit, designed to improve charge-air cooling, airflow and consistent performance under demanding driving conditions.

This Stage 2 front mount intercooler kit is specifically designed for vehicles running the Process West VB FA24 WRX Intake Manifold, including both Standard and Port Injection versions. Its configuration accommodates the lower and more rearward throttle body position of the Process West intake manifold without requiring the PWIM010AP adaptor pipe.

Important Compatibility: This intercooler kit is designed specifically for use with the Process West VB FA24 WRX Intake Manifold and is not compatible with the factory intake manifold.

If you intend to install the Process West intake manifold at a later stage while retaining compatibility with the factory intake, the traditional Stage 2 intercooler configuration can be used with the appropriate adaptor pipe.

High-Performance Intercooler Core

The intercooler features a large 525 x 350 x 200mm core, providing increased cooling capacity for the FA24 engine. The higher internal fin density compared with the factory intercooler helps improve heat transfer and reduce charge-air temperatures during spirited driving and performance applications.

High-flow cast aluminium end tanks are engineered to promote efficient air distribution through the intercooler core, helping maintain consistent airflow across the system.

CNC Mandrel-Bent Aluminium Piping

The kit includes lightweight CNC mandrel-bent aluminium intercooler piping, designed to provide a smooth and efficient airflow path between the intercooler and intake manifold.

The precision pipework is engineered specifically for compatibility with the Process West intake manifold, helping provide a clean installation and reliable fitment.

Direct Bolt-On Installation

Designed for straightforward installation, the kit requires no cutting or permanent modification to the front bumper.

The package includes the required mounting brackets, silicone couplers and stainless-steel hose clamps, providing the components needed for installation.
