Ultimate Next Gen Ford Ranger Lift Kit | IMS Monotube Suspension Upgrade

Transform your Ford Ranger (Next Gen, MY22+) XL, XLS, XLT, Sport, Wildtrak, or Platinum with the ultimate suspension upgrade. Our premium IMS Monotube Lift Kit delivers the enhanced performance, superior handling, and crucial ground clearance your Next Gen Ranger needs to dominate the toughest Australian tracks and confidently manage heavy loads.

This is more than just a lift; it’s a complete suspension overhaul, engineered to replace compromised factory components and provide the stability, control, and durability required for serious off-roading, touring, and towing.

Key Features & Technical Specifications

This heavy-duty suspension system is built around high-performance Monotube Technology, providing a significant performance advantage over standard twin-tube shocks.

Monotube Performance Advantage

• 50mm Bore Monotube Design: Ensures maximum oil volume for superior heat dissipation, virtually eliminating shock fade (fading performance under high-speed or heavy-duty use on corrugated roads).
• Height Adjustable Front Struts: Easily fine-tune your front ride height to achieve the perfect level stance and compensate for future accessory additions (bull bar, winch).
• Heavy Duty Construction: Features thicker shock bodies, larger shafts, and high-quality seals built to withstand constant abuse from Australian outback conditions.
• Enhanced Load Carrying: Perfectly paired with heavy-duty coil and leaf springs to eliminate rear sag when carrying accessories, tools, or towing a caravan or trailer.

Why Upgrade Your Ford Ranger Suspension?

1. Achieve Maximum Ground Clearance

A 2-inch (50mm) Next Gen Ranger lift kit provides the critical clearance needed to traverse deep ruts, high obstacles, and river crossings without damaging your undercarriage, improving approach, departure, and breakover angles immediately.

2. Fit Larger 4WD Tyres

The increased ride height creates the necessary wheel arch space to fit larger, more aggressive Next Gen Ranger tyres (e.g., 33-inch or 35-inch options), dramatically improving off-road traction and capability.

3. Essential for GVM Upgrade Readiness

For commercial users, heavy tourers, or those with significant aftermarket accessories (canopy, drawer system, roof rack), our suspension is the foundation for a legal GVM Upgrade. Choose our heavy-duty leaf spring options to ensure you can safely and legally carry maximum payload.

Don’t Settle for Standard: Choose your preferred spring load rating above to perfectly match your vehicle’s setup (e.g., No Added Weight, 70-100kg constant front, 280kg constant rear).
