Ultimate Toyota Hilux Lift Kit | IMS Monotube Suspension Upgrade N80 (2021-2025)

Elevate the legendary reliability of your Toyota Hilux (2021-Current) with our premium IMS Monotube Suspension Lift Kit. Specifically engineered for the current Hilux platform, this upgrade provides the definitive combination of enhanced performance, superior ground clearance, and reliable load-carrying capability you need for heavy-duty touring, serious off-roading, and towing across Australian conditions.

This isn’t a basic spacer lift; it’s a complete suspension overhaul. We replace the compromised factory setup with high-performance, durable components that deliver the stability, control, and endurance essential for Hilux owners who demand the best from their vehicle.

Key Features & Technical Specifications: IMS Monotube Advantage

Our lift kit features cutting-edge Monotube Technology, giving your Hilux a significant performance advantage over standard twin-tube shocks, especially under continuous, high-stress conditions like corrugations.

Monotube Shock Performance for Your Hilux

• 50mm Bore Monotube Design: Maximum oil volume is crucial for heat management. This design ensures rapid heat dissipation, effectively eliminating shock fade and maintaining consistent damping control on long, rough tracks.
• Front Adjustable Struts: Allows for precise adjustment of your front ride height. Easily level your vehicle and compensate for the weight of your Hilux bull bar, winch, and other front accessories.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built tough with thicker shock bodies and robust components to withstand continuous abuse and provide exceptional longevity.
• Load-Specific Springs: Custom-matched heavy-duty coil and leaf springs are engineered to prevent rear-end sag, ensuring stable handling and optimal ride height when the tray is loaded or you are towing.

The Non-Negotiable Benefits of a Hilux Suspension Upgrade

1. Achieve Essential Ground Clearance

A 2-inch (50mm) Hilux lift kit is the industry standard for performance. It provides the critical clearance to protect your undercarriage from rocks and debris, instantly improving approach, departure, and breakover angles on rugged tracks.

2. Fit Larger 4WD Tyres

This increased ride height is mandatory for fitting larger, more aggressive Toyota Hilux tyres (such as 33-inch). Larger tyres improve off-road traction, increase the overall footprint, and contribute significantly to your vehicle’s capable aesthetic.

3. Foundation for GVM Upgrade

For those running heavily accessorized vehicles (canopies, toolboxes, roof tents), our kit is the ideal foundation for a legal Toyota Hilux GVM Upgrade. Selecting our heavy-duty leaf springs ensures you maintain safe, stable, and compliant load-carrying capacity.

Don’t Settle for Standard: Customize your order by selecting your precise spring load rating above. Match the springs perfectly to your vehicle’s accessories and intended use (e.g., No Added Weight, 70-100kg constant front, 280kg constant rear).
