Revolutionize the capability of your Ford Ranger PX Series (PX1, PX2, 2011-2018) with this premium IMS Monotube Suspension Lift Kit. This system is specifically engineered for the robust PX platform, delivering the enhanced ground clearance, superior stability, and durable performance required for serious off-roading, heavy-duty work, and remote touring across Australia.

This is a complete, performance-focused suspension solution designed to replace worn or inadequate factory components. It provides the essential control, resilience, and consistent handling demanded by Ranger PX owners, whether loaded up for a job or tackling challenging terrain.

Key Features & Technical Specifications: IMS Monotube Advantage

This lift kit is centred around high-performance Monotube Technology, giving the Ford Ranger a significant advantage over standard twin-tube shocks, particularly in continuous, high-heat operating conditions.

Monotube Shock Performance for the Ranger PX1 & 2

• 50mm Bore Monotube Design: Maximum oil volume is crucial for heat management. This design ensures rapid heat dissipation, virtually eliminating shock fade—a critical issue that affects performance on long, corrugated roads and heavy-duty use.
• Front Adjustable Struts: Allows for precise fine-tuning of the front ride height. Easily achieve a level stance and effectively compensate for the added weight of accessories like a Ranger PX bull bar and winch.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Features robust components and large shafts, built to withstand harsh impacts and provide exceptional longevity compared to OEM suspension.
• Load-Specific Springs: Custom-matched heavy-duty coil and leaf springs are engineered to prevent vehicle sag, maintaining optimal stability and ride height when the tray is loaded, or the vehicle is towing.

Why the Ford Ranger PX1 & 2 Needs This Suspension Upgrade

1. Achieve Essential Ground Clearance

A 2-inch (50mm) Ranger PX lift kit is the essential upgrade for reliable off-road performance. It provides the necessary underbody clearance to confidently navigate deep ruts and high obstacles, instantly improving approach, departure, and breakover angles.

2. Fit Larger 4WD Tyres

The increased ride height creates the critical wheel arch space required to fit larger, more aggressive Ford Ranger tyres. This significantly enhances off-road traction, flotation, and gives the vehicle a more rugged, commanding stance.

3. Foundation for GVM Upgrade Readiness

For owners who frequently carry canopies, toolboxes, or heavy touring setups, this suspension is the ideal foundation for a legal Ford Ranger PX GVM Upgrade. The heavy-duty leaf spring options ensure the vehicle maintains safe, stable, and compliant load-carrying capacity.

Don’t Settle for Standard: Customize the order by selecting the precise spring load rating above. Match the springs perfectly to the vehicle’s accessories and intended use (e.g., No Added Weight, 70-100kg constant front, 280kg constant rear).
