Unleash the maximum ground clearance and high-speed stability of your Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR1 (2020-Current) with this premium IMS Monotube Suspension Lift Kit. Specifically engineered for the Silverado’s full-size platform, this system delivers the definitive combination of superior off-road capability, enhanced load management, and precision handling required for extreme use, heavy towing, and navigating rugged terrain.

This is a complete, performance-focused suspension solution designed to enhance the truck’s already aggressive stance and capability. This kit provides the necessary control, resilience, and consistent performance demanded by Silverado owners who push their truck to its limits, both on and off the road.

Key Features & Technical Specifications: IMS Monotube Advantage

This lift kit is centred around high-performance Monotube Technology, giving the full-size Silverado a significant performance advantage over standard shocks, especially when carrying large payloads or engaging in high-speed desert running where excessive heat is generated.

Monotube Shock Performance for the Silverado 1500 ZR1

• 50mm Bore Monotube Design: Maximum oil volume is crucial for heat management. This design ensures rapid heat dissipation, virtually eliminating shock fade—a critical issue that affects handling and control on severe corrugations and demanding tracks.
• Front Adjustable Struts: Allows for precise fine-tuning of the front ride height. Achieve a level, commanding stance and effectively compensate for the added weight of heavy accessories like a Silverado bull bar and winch.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Features robust components and large shafts, built to withstand the heavy forces exerted by the Silverado platform and guarantee exceptional longevity.
• Load-Specific Coil Springs (Front): Custom-matched heavy-duty front coil springs are engineered to prevent vehicle sag, maintaining optimal stability and ride height when the front is loaded.

Why the Silverado ZR1 Needs This Suspension Upgrade

1. Achieve Essential Ground Clearance

A 2-inch (50mm) Silverado lift kit provides the critical underbody clearance needed to confidently navigate deep ruts and high obstacles, instantly improving approach, departure, and breakover angles, essential for maximizing the truck’s off-road potential.

2. Fit Massive Off-Road Tyres

The increased ride height creates the critical wheel arch space required to fit larger, more aggressive Silverado 1500 off-road tyres. This dramatically enhances off-road traction, flotation, and gives the truck its ultimate, commanding presence.

3. Enhance Load and Towing Stability

While powerful, the factory rear suspension can exhibit excessive squat under a heavy tow ball load or full payload. This suspension provides the necessary heavy-duty support to manage large payloads, significantly reducing body roll and improving safety and control when towing large trailers.
